How much does a temporary SMS number cost?
A dated promotion may set a common price for eligible activations. Open a current offer and review its USD price and exact wallet debit before confirming. Directory entries alone do not prove current stock.
Is the $20 minimum top-up the price of one number?
No. $20 USD is the minimum wallet deposit. An individual activation has its own live price, charged from available balance only after you confirm that order.
What is the maximum crypto top-up?
One invoice can add up to $5,000 USD in account credit. Choose an amount from $20 to $5,000 and review the exact coin and network instructions shown for it.
Can I pay by card or get a free number?
This checkout uses supported crypto top-ups for account credit. It does not offer card payment or free number orders. Review a live number price before deciding to fund your wallet.
Which cryptocurrencies and networks can I use?
Configured methods include BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX and LTC on their named networks; USDT on Tron TRC-20 or Ethereum ERC-20; and USDC on Ethereum ERC-20. Choose the displayed coin and network together and follow that invoice only.
Does the crypto network affect what I send?
Yes. The invoice specifies the token, network, exact crypto amount and receiving address. Your sending wallet or exchange may also charge a separate network or withdrawal fee. Match the selected network; the QR encodes only the address.
How long does a crypto quote last?
The USD-to-crypto quote lasts 15 minutes. If the invoice no longer shows active payment instructions, do not rely on its old amount or address; check Top up for the current status and next step.
Does creating an invoice add money to my wallet?
No. Generating an invoice or copying an address does not confirm payment. Available balance changes only after the payment is confirmed and the account reflects that credit.
When is the number price final?
The order review displays the refreshed country, service and exact USD debit. Availability and price can change before confirmation, so check the latest offer rather than an earlier catalogue view.
Can I order with a pending payment?
A pending top-up is not available balance. Wait for a confirmed wallet credit and make sure it covers the current order price before confirming.
Is payment expiry the same as number expiry?
No. The crypto quote lasts 15 minutes. A confirmed number activation has its own status and expiry in SMS or History; its duration is not set by the payment quote.
What if no SMS arrives?
Check the displayed order status and expiry. The receiving platform controls whether it sends and accepts a code. While an order is waiting, an eligible cancellation before its first SMS returns the activation charge once to account balance. An unanswered expired activation may be credited under server policy.
What if an SMS was already received?
A received SMS ends the no-message cancellation entitlement. Check the order status for the applicable outcome; a crypto or cash refund is not implied.
Why do I see both a charge and a credit back?
The original order charge remains in history. If an eligible credit is issued, a separate positive entry records the return to account balance, linked to that order.
Where can I match a payment or order to my balance?
Use Top up for the invoice reference and status, and SMS or History for the order reference and status. Account activity shows confirmed credits, charges and any returns as separate movements.
