SMSMeter no-KYC purchase policy
SMSMeter: No identity-document check is required to create an account, pay in crypto or buy SMS activations. This policy has no amount-based or refund exception. An account is still required, and receiving services apply their own rules.
No KYC means no identity-document submission to SMSMeter; it does not mean anonymous payment or exemption from the receiving platform's rules. Crypto network records and account data are separate from identity-document checks. This policy does not promise refund eligibility or change the published funding minimum.
