A confirmed top-up adds credit
A USD top-up amount becomes available only after the corresponding crypto payment is confirmed. A newly generated invoice, copied address or pending payment does not increase balance. The sending wallet may also charge a network or withdrawal fee; that external fee is separate from the USD credit shown in the account.
An order charge uses that credit
Before confirming a temporary number order, review its live USD price and available balance. A successful confirmation debits the shown amount and creates an order reference. A top-up can fund multiple orders when enough credit remains; it is not a per-number purchase or subscription by itself.
A credit back is its own movement
If the current policy grants a return for an eligible waiting cancellation before the first SMS, the activation charge returns once to account balance. An unanswered expired activation may also qualify under server policy. The original charge stays in history and the return appears separately. A received SMS ends the no-message cancellation entitlement. This is an account credit, not a promised crypto or cash refund.
Reconcile by status and reference
Read the payment invoice in Top up and the activation in SMS or History. Compare their references, statuses, timestamps and amounts with account activity. The payment quote has a 15-minute limit; the number has its own displayed expiry. If an entry is missing, wait for the appropriate confirmation state before treating it as a balance error.
