Short answer. Several SMS verification providers document crypto funding, but a public mention of cryptocurrency does not confirm today's available coin, network, minimum or fee. Check the account checkout for the exact route before sending. A deposit credit and the later number price are separate amounts.

- Confirm the actual coin and network offered by the current checkout.
- Compare the USD credit, exact crypto amount, sending fee and quote expiry.
- Wait for confirmed account balance; an invoice or address alone does not buy a number.
Match the asset and network
USDT on Ethereum ERC-20 and USDT on Tron TRC-20 are different routes even though the token symbol matches. The receiving address and exact amount belong to the chosen invoice. A QR may contain only an address: verify coin, network and amount in readable text before using a sending wallet. A wrong route can leave a payment unrecognized, and the sending wallet or exchange may charge an additional fee.
How SMSMeter's checkout is presented
SMSMeter currently lists eight routes: BTC/Bitcoin, ETH/Ethereum, USDT/Ethereum ERC-20, USDC/Ethereum ERC-20, SOL/Solana, TRX/Tron, USDT/Tron TRC-20 and LTC/Litecoin. The minimum USD wallet deposit is $20 and the maximum is $5,000 per invoice. Its displayed USD-to-crypto quote lasts 15 minutes; the QR contains the receiving address only. An invoice is not spendable balance; wait until the account shows confirmed credit before ordering. Check the live checkout before sending anything.
Deposit and purchase happen at different times
Funding an account is not the same as ordering a temporary number. A pending crypto invoice does not add spendable balance. Only after confirmed credit can you review a current number offer and authorize its separate USD debit. An eligible no-message cancellation may return that order charge to account balance; it does not automatically reverse the original crypto transfer. TextVerified and SMSPool publish different external refund conditions, so read the provider's current policy for the specific deposit.

Questions to resolve
Can I buy an SMS verification number directly with crypto?
In many account-based flows, crypto first funds internal credit and the number order is a later balance debit. Check the provider's live checkout rather than assuming a direct per-number transfer.
Are USDT ERC-20 and TRC-20 interchangeable?
No. They use different networks. Match the invoice's token and network exactly, along with its address and amount.
Does copying the address confirm payment?
No. Copying or displaying payment instructions changes no balance. Wait for the account to show confirmed credit.
Can a crypto deposit be refunded?
Policies differ. TextVerified says crypto payments are not refunded; SMSPool documents a full unused-deposit rule within 14 days. A returned order charge to internal balance is a different event.
