Plan your SMS purchases before funding $20
Choose SMSMeter when you want to see how much a short SMS order consumes and how much credit stays available for the next one. Start with the $20 USD minimum crypto funding and your actual service-country quote. SMSMeter charges $0.70 USD for each available, eligible new temporary SMS activation through 31 January 2027 inclusive (UTC). Review the exact service-country quote before ordering. No identity document is required for account creation, crypto payment or purchase; an account is required.
One code and a useful balance are different purchase decisions
If one temporary code is all you need, compare the full funding commitment with that task. If you expect several permitted activations, estimate their combined debit and the credit you will have left. SMSMeter makes both amounts visible so you can choose a funding level that fits your planned use.
| Separate eligible activations | Order debits | Minimum funding to cover them | Credit left |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $0.70 | $20.00 | $19.30 |
| 3 | $2.10 | $20.00 | $17.90 |
| 10 | $7.00 | $20.00 | $13.00 |
| 28 | $19.60 | $20.00 | $0.40 |
Each order needs its own current eligible offer. These calculations do not reserve a pack or promise stock. A quoted order is debited after successful reservation; no-message credit is a separate movement.
The dated rate has ended. Enter a current activation quote in the planner and compare the resulting funding requirement. Future orders need their own available offer.
Put your current quote into the plan
Enter one current USD activation quote and a whole number of separate orders at that same price. During the dated campaign the field starts with the promotional amount; after it ends, enter your current quote. If different countries or services return different prices, calculate them separately and add the debits. The result is an estimate, not reserved stock.
Decide whether the funding commitment fits your use
| Your situation | What the result means | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| One code and no expected later use | Most of a $20 minimum top-up may remain as account credit. | Compare the full initial funding, not only the activation unit price, before buying. |
| Several separate short activations | The same funded balance can cover successive confirmed order debits. | Plan the count, keep allowance for any resend quotes, and check each offer again. |
| A total starting budget below $20 | The first SMSMeter purchase does not fit; the minimum funding is $20 before sender fees. | Choose a provider whose documented funding terms fit that total budget. |
| Repeated access to the same number | A short activation does not provide a retained recovery line. | Compare a product with documented continuing number access instead. |
Use these rules alongside the arithmetic
| Planning input | Published rule | What your estimate must allow for |
|---|---|---|
| Starting balance | $20 USD minimum per crypto top-up, $5,000 USD maximum per invoice | New funds are usable after payment confirmation; the debit for a number is separate. |
| Crypto funding | BTC on Bitcoin; ETH on Ethereum; USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20); USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20); SOL on Solana; TRX on Tron; USDT on Tron (TRC-20); LTC on Litecoin | Each transfer uses the invoice’s exact network. Compare deposit networks and add the sender’s actual fee to your cash budget. |
| Identity documents | SMSMeter: No identity-document check is required to create an account, pay in crypto or buy SMS activations. This policy has no amount-based or refund exception. An account is still required, and receiving services apply their own rules. | No ID-document upload to SMSMeter does not mean anonymity or remove third-party platform rules. |
| Number availability | 225 country/territory and 516 service directory entries | A directory count is not inventory. Use a current offer for the exact pair before you fund. |
| Time to use an assigned number | The initial reception window is at most 20 minutes; the supplier may set an earlier expiry. Read the exact expiry on the assigned order. | The window is not a delivery guarantee. Budget for a retained line instead when the same number is needed later. |
Search 225 countries and territories and 516 services, including Other, to find the pair that fits your short verification task. After an available order is assigned, follow incoming SMS in your dashboard as they reach the order. The service controls delivery; a fixed delivery time is not promised.
Separate an order debit from a returned charge
SMSMeter charges the displayed activation amount after a successful reservation. It does not wait until an SMS is received. If an eligible waiting order is cancelled before the first SMS, or expires unanswered under the order policy, the charge returns to the same account balance. A received SMS ends that no-message cancellation option.
A returned order charge and a refund of the original crypto top-up are different events. Treat leftover or returned credit as account credit in this planner. Read the credit-return conditions and the complete price terms.
Questions before buying from SMSMeter
Is a $20 SMSMeter budget enough for one verification code?
It covers the minimum account funding, before any sender fee, but does not guarantee an available number or a delivered code. SMSMeter charges $0.70 USD for each available, eligible new temporary SMS activation through 31 January 2027 inclusive (UTC). Review the exact service-country quote before ordering. The activation debit is separate from funding. Check the actual service-country offer and the receiving platform’s rules.
How many activations can a $20 deposit cover?
At SMSMeter’s $0.70 USD promotional rate through 31 January 2027 UTC, $20 of confirmed credit can cover 28 separate eligible new activations, consuming $19.60 and leaving $0.40. Every order needs its own available eligible offer. The calculation excludes resends, fees, previous balance and other movements; it is not a 28-number pack.
Can I start with $5 because I need only one cheap activation?
No. SMSMeter requires at least $20 USD in a crypto top-up before a first purchase, plus any sender fee. The minimum applies to each top-up. A small activation debit does not reduce the initial funding requirement.
Can I take the unused credit back to my crypto wallet?
This planner treats unused SMSMeter credit as account credit for later orders. It does not promise a withdrawal or reversal of the original crypto deposit. An eligible no-message cancellation returns the activation charge to that account balance; deposit-refund conditions are separate.
Does the planner include resends or guarantee a successful verification?
No. It models separate new SMSMeter activations at the price you enter. Resends need their own quote, and the receiving service decides whether to accept the number and send a code. The initial reception window is at most 20 minutes and may expire earlier at the supplier.
Can I use this SMS budget without identity-document KYC?
SMSMeter: No identity-document check is required to create an account, pay in crypto or buy SMS activations. This policy has no amount-based or refund exception. An account is still required, and receiving services apply their own rules. The funding minimum and invoice maximum still apply. No KYC does not make the account or crypto transaction anonymous; the receiving platform keeps its own rules.
Choose SMSMeter with a budget you can use
SMSMeter is a practical choice when the $20 funding commitment fits one or several permitted temporary activations and supported crypto suits your payment. Keep the estimated debit, unused credit and external transfer fee separate, then select the service-country offer you actually need.
