The 15-minute payment quote
A crypto top-up invoice fixes an amount of a chosen coin on a chosen network for a 15-minute USD quote. Its receiving instructions are usable only while the invoice says they are active and the quote has not expired. An expired quote is not a cue to resend the same amount later; review or create current instructions in Top up.
The activation clock
After you explicitly confirm a live number offer, the order shows its own status and expiry. That clock governs the temporary activation and any waiting period for an SMS. Do not infer its duration from the top-up quote. A payment can be confirmed without any number order, and a number order can continue after the invoice quote has ended.
If a timer reaches zero
For payment, check the invoice status and available balance; a pending payment is not spendable credit. For an order, check whether an SMS arrived and whether a cancellation or expiry outcome is shown. An eligible cancellation while waiting and before a first SMS returns the activation charge once to account balance. An unanswered expired activation may be credited according to server policy.

Account activity separates a confirmed top-up from an order charge and any credit back. Their references help explain a balance change without treating every pending state as completed.
